“Carrabassett Marketing & Printing was very easy to work with. What I envisioned for a website was “perfectly” captured by the site Jen ultimately produced.”
– Lloyd Cuttler, co-owner, Gepetto’s Restaurant at Sugarloaf
When Lloyd Cuttler approached Carrabassett Marketing & Printing to create a new website for his restaurant Gepetto’s, located in Village West at the base of Sugarloaf, he was in search of a “new look” to update his business with that would enable him to appeal to customers, both new and old. Cuttler’s ultimate goal was to make a user friendly website that was also easy for the restaurant to update. The ability to easily update the website allows the restaurant to promote specials and menu items in real time, as well as a more accessible take-out option for customers. Overall, Cuttler was looking for a website that made web access easier for the restaurant and customers alike, a goal he says he knows has been accomplished from the favorable reviews he has already received. What Cuttler liked most about working with Carrabassett Marketing & Printing was the quality of the final product and the responsiveness of the employees, especially Jen Libby. Cuttler mentioned that “we only had one meeting face to face, all other conversations were done by email and she was [still] able to capture exactly what I was looking for.” He was impressed by the quality of the final project, which closely matched his vision for the website, despite the minimal face-to-face contact he had with the company. |
