Betty Ann Listowich had a very specific idea concerning her website and brochures when
she approached Carrabassett Marketing and Printing to update the way her business, Norpine
Landscaping Inc. in Kingfield, communicates with potential clients. Listowich recognized the
importance of the internet, both as a resource and a contact point for customers. She realized it
was important to connect her products and working with one company could do that.
Listowich feels it is important that all products advertising a business portray the same
idea, creating a feeling of connection between the website to the brochure to the business cards. Having an extensive website was also important to Listowich, as she feels the references there are important for customers that frequently use the internet for pricing and comparison. Something Listowich accomplished by redesigning the website was the ability to answer customers questions through the internet. The brochures were important to her because they give potential clients a quick reference with which they can remember the company.
Ultimately, Listowich was impressed by the quality of Carrabassett Marketing and Printing’s work. She mentioned, “the company finished in a timely fashion, for the price quoted —
and they delivered to my door!” Listowich also felt it was effective to create multiple projects
with the same company, as it added a “degree of branding,” which allows the customer to
recognize the logos, colors, and graphics from multiple sources. In the end, she was impressed
that the company was able to create a product that was effective for her business, easy to use, but also reflected her personal tastes.
